Community & Conduct Rules

These Community & Conduct Rules ("Rules") set out the standards of behaviour expected from all users of the Plegz platform, including Buyers and Sellers (Professionals). These Rules form part of the contractual framework of Plegz and must be read together with the Plegz Terms of Service, Buyer and Seller Terms, and Payment Terms.
Plegz is operated by Big Blue Dot Project OÜ, Tööstuse tn 75-71, 10416 Tallinn, Estonia ("Plegz", "we", "us").
1. Purpose of the Community Rules
Plegz is a professional marketplace built on trust, fairness, and social responsibility. These Rules are designed to:
- Maintain a respectful and professional environment;
- Protect users from abuse, fraud, and misconduct;
- Ensure lawful and ethical use of the platform.
2. General Standards of Conduct
All users must:
- Act honestly, professionally, and respectfully;
- Communicate in good faith;
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations;
- Respect cultural, social, and professional diversity.
3. Prohibited Behaviour
The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
3.1 Harassment and Abuse
- Threatening, abusive, defamatory, or hateful language;
- Discrimination based on gender, race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or age.
3.2 Fraud and Misrepresentation
- False identities or impersonation;
- Misrepresentation of skills, qualifications, or experience;
- Manipulation of reviews, ratings, or platform systems.
3.3 Circumvention of the Platform
- Requesting or offering payment outside Plegz;
- Sharing personal contact details to bypass platform safeguards;
- Attempting to move transactions off-platform.
3.4 Unlawful or Harmful Activities
- Offering or requesting illegal services;
- Infringing intellectual property or privacy rights;
- Uploading malware, harmful code, or deceptive content.
4. Content Standards
- 4.1 All content must be lawful, accurate, and relevant.
- 4.2 Content must not:
- Be misleading or deceptive;
- Contain explicit, violent, or offensive material;
- Violate third-party rights.
5. Professional Responsibilities of Sellers
Sellers must:
- Offer services they are qualified to perform;
- Deliver Dots as described and within agreed timelines;
- Communicate delays or issues promptly;
- Maintain confidentiality of Buyer information.
6. Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers must:
- Provide clear and lawful requirements;
- Engage respectfully with Sellers;
- Use delivered work only in accordance with agreed terms.
7. Reporting Violations
- 7.1 Users may report suspected violations through the Plegz platform.
- 7.2 Reports are reviewed by the Plegz Trust & Safety or Claims Team.
- 7.3 Misuse of the reporting system may itself result in action.
8. Enforcement and Sanctions
Plegz may take one or more of the following actions:
- Issue warnings;
- Remove content or Dots;
- Suspend or terminate accounts;
- Restrict access to platform features.
Actions are taken proportionately and based on available evidence.
9. Fairness and Due Process
- 9.1 Users may be informed of enforcement actions affecting their account.
- 9.2 Where appropriate, users may provide explanations or clarifications.
- 9.3 Decisions are made objectively and in line with platform policies.
10. Relationship to Other Terms
These Rules supplement the Plegz Terms of Service and related policies.
In the event of conflict, the Terms of Service prevail.
11. Amendments
Plegz may update these Rules from time to time.
Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Rules.
12. Governing Law
These Rules are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
